Please note, Maheli Heli Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund, or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Each piece goes through a quality check before it is sent out. We highly recommend trying on the suits with your undergarment or with protective pads in order to keep them in their original condition. Our suits are reversible, therefore we do not supply hygienic pads. Due to health regulations, we will reject any pieces that have been soiled, worn, or stained. Stains include any marks from bodily fluids, as well as spots from deodorant and/or makeup.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the exchange process on our Returns Portal. Online direct exchanges will only be allowed if the item you choose to exchange is in stock. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, please select store credit and contact us to place your new order. 

International customers are responsible for sending in returns. Once the item(s) are approved please allow up to 10 business to receive your refund. Please ship to: Maheli Heli HQ 6775 SW 81st Street, Miami FL 33143

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery or ready for pick up date.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
• Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
• All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
• All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.
• All items being returned or exchanged through shipping, must be shipped out within 7 days of return approval.

1. If you’re a Miami local- avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ. We are located at 6775 SW 81st Street, Miami FL 33143 Monday - Friday 10AM to 5:30PM.
2. Trust us to make your suit(s) fit just right. Come by our studio to get measured and we will alter your piece to fit you perfectly. 
3. We offer alterations on all MAHELI HELI bikinis for a small fee of $15 per piece, tops $20. If you wish to alter your suit(s) please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We LOVE customizing to make our suits fit YOU perfectly.
